UPS
Ground--Continental USA only-- The price of ground shipping is included
with all items. However, if an item requires additional shipping charges,
we will contact you by phone or email with the additional fees before
processing your order.
International
UPS—All orders being shipped outside of the continental USA will require
additional shipping fees. This does include Alaska and Hawaii. We will
contact you by phone or email with the shipping costs before your order is
processed.
Shipping—Most
items will be shipped within 2 weeks. However, some of our handcrafted
items may take a bit longer. For instance, the personalization of an item
will take a bit longer than one that is not. We try to obtain a ship date
of 4-6 weeks for these items. Many pages will state the approximate
shipping time. If you grow concerned about a date of arrival, contact us
and we will give you an estimated shipping time.
Returns—No
returns will be accepted.
